Message	It's how they are handled. Human beings make mistakes...it's nothing new. I'm not even naming names and we're not talking about just one or two companies. I'm a big fan of second chances and people "making things right" but when it only occurs after prodding and exposure, it's far from noble. Simply put, those that think particular shops aren't getting a fair shake need to wake up and can the conspiracy theories. Good reputations are easy to earn if you're fair and honest.
